Should Humans NOT Eat Grains?

It's a common belief that grains are good for you but there are some reasons that you may want to actually avoid eating them. Grains are present in many common food items such as cereal, pasta, baked products, and more. While there is evidence for both eating grains and avoiding them, let's take a look at a couple of reasons why you may want to avoid them.

1. Some People Are Intolerant of Grains There are people who have a food intolerance to certain types of grains such as rye, oats, barley, and even corn. If you find that you don't feel well after eating grains, it is best to avoid them altogether. Yet, if you feel fine after consuming them, avoiding them is likely a waste of time.

2. Whether You Consume Grains Or Not, It Says Nothing About Your Overall Health You can still be completely healthy and in shape whether you eat grains or not. There is no link between eating grains and poor health.
